A labor of love.
Artist studios and public commercial spaces occupy the largest footprint of our sizable campus. In total, our buildings house over forty studios and storefronts ranging in size from 200SF to 2,300SF.
The cast majority of our gross leasing rates include cutting-edge utility services, fiber optic WiFi, inclusion in intermittent programming, applicable promotional support, and access to special events and workshops.

Light Room, a co-working space for creatives.
Light Room is a completely unique collaborative workspace for writers, designers, and any other creative individuals whose endeavors are self-driven. Austere beauty, a rotating art collection, and natural light adorn this space longside hand-built tables and comfy furnishings, a kitchenette, and open concept design.
