Yes! There’s a fee to add on the Bookhouse Lounge for $2,000. There’s also the option to add on The Great Lawn for $2,000. More info about our rates can be found here!

Each rental allows for 15 hours for set up, event and breakdown. Rentals begin at 10am and our guest curfew is midnight. Vendor curfew is 1am. We can extend as late as 2am for an overtime fee of $1000/hr. However, our amplified music curfew is 12am and cannot be extended due to town regulations.

All events require off premise catering. Frankie’s Bar Catering is our exclusive collaborator for all alcohol catering. Our whole recommended vendor list can be viewed here!

To book your date, we require a 50% deposit. The remaining balance, along with a $2,000 security deposit is due 2 weeks prior to your event. All events are subject to a 15% admin fee.

We strive to ensure seamless experience for our guests from the moment they arrive. While the Hudson Valley doesn't currently have reliable ride-share services, we have alternative transportation options to accommodate your needs.

We offer day-of event manager(s) that will work closely with you and your event planner. This person is not responsible for the production of your event, but will oversee the venue to ensure that all happenings are going smoothly.
